CVCC Seeds of Service: SERVING others on CVCC's campus, locally & globally!
Catawba Valley Community Colleges service organization, Seeds of Service, will hold its Run of the Mill 5K Charity Walk/Run at historic Murrays Mill on April 14, 2012.
The event, in 2011, benefitted Safe Harbor Rescue Mission and New Vision Ministry's Feed Haiti Campaign, attracted over 70 participants and 40 volunteers and along with other campus events raised an impressive sum for the cause.
Race director Amanda Crouse heads up the event again this year in April and invites the community to come out and support a local and global charity while enjoying a wonderful Catawba County historical site.
