The race will be held April 14th on the trails rain or shine. Starting time for the 5K run/walk is 9:00am. On-site registration and packet pickup will be available from 8:00 - 8:45am. The race is run on mowed fields and trails around the beautiful and historic Murray's Mill. The course rolls gently and the footing is good; no part of the course can be considered technical or difficult. The course is well-marked and volunteers will be there to see to it no one gets off-course. Whether running or walking, this is a must-see course. USATF certified (NC11070PH).
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top male and female competing in the timed 5K run. Age group awards will be given in the following categories: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over.
